AGATHIYAR CHARTS THE PATH FOR AVM

When Tavayogi Thangarasan Adigal was in Malaysia last June, I asked him for further direction. He replied. "What am I to direct?", implying that Agathiyar was already directing AVM what to do. True to his words we at AVM are blessed to receive directions, directives and messages from the heavenly father.

What started as an ordinary Nadi reading for an individual in 2002, soon evolved into a wonderful journey of discovery into the magical, mysterious and mystical world of the Siddhas. He got me and my family to perform rituals and prayers till this very day. He brought me to my very first guru Supramania Swami of Tiruvannamalai and showed me a divine soul who basked in Lord Shiva's shadow. He brought Tavayogi to Malaysia and showed another divine soul who took it upon himself to spread the wisdom of the Siddhas. Upon following Agathiyar's directive diligently over the years, he carefully began to lay out plans, bringing in wonderful souls together to fulfill his mission. In lieu of wanting a name to identify my home with the public, Agathiyar Vanam Malaysia (AVM) was chosen after Tavayogi's original ashram located at Agathiyar Vanam, Kallar.

Agathiyar brought Balachandran to AVM and showed me a sincere devotee of his. With him (Balachandran) came his former schoolmates, family and friends Dylan, Mahin, Malarvathy, Rekha, Sugumaran, Shahalini, Sharmanan, and Sharmila. Soon Agathiyar brought Surendran, Mr and Mrs Balachander Aiya, Balamurugan, Hari, Jegan, Yuvarani, Tamil, Mrs Jayalakshmi, Mr and Mrs Kalai, Mr and Mrs Maheswaran, Mr and Mrs Rajah and their wonderful children, Dharshini, Dr Jana, Dr Lacumi, Dr Thiaga, Dr Suresh, NS Shan, Nathan, Nirumala, Pathmanaban, Roshan, Mr and Mrs Saravanan, Shanga, Mr and Mrs Krishna, Mr and Mrs Maniam, Mr and Mrs Santosh, and Mrs Yogita, all devotees of his. Recently he brought Mr and Mrs Arul, Gokul, Ganesan, and Mr and Mrs Vivakaran to AVM too.

Agathiyar introduced us to his devotees from abroad too: Mrs Yamini, Mrs Suganthi, Srinath, Karthi, Murugesan, Mr and Mrs Manikandan, Sivakavin, Mrs Nalini, Rakesh, Saravanan Kandasamy, Dr Sathish, Mr and Mrs Sandeep, Mr and Mrs Sanjiv Malhotra, Khru Pedro, and Mr and Mrs Pillai.

(If I have left out any names it is not intentional.)

Agathiyar charted the path for each of us and also brought us together in unison to carry out his many directives. AVM that was a home of a family man soon became a venue that brought together devotees of Agathiyar in prayers helping each other in their quest to reach the kingdom of Erai. Agathiyar drove the point in me that I was not doing these rituals for myself and my family but for the overall good of this world and all on it (prapanjam). Soon Balachandran, after Agathiyar directed him to serve the needy and do lots of charity, mooted the idea of starting Thondu Seivom bringing his friends to help out in providing services towards the community. Amudha Surabhi was then formed to receive donations and and channel contributions towards the distribution of food parcels to the homeless on the streets; and groceries to several charity homes in the Klang Valley besides undertaking several feeding programs.

Foreign members of AVM too took the initiative to start groups in their locality to get together and serve the public.

AVM was privileged to have Masters Gowri Varadhan (Acharya Gurudasan), Master Arunan and Master Uva conduct Yoga classes and Varma and Energy healing therapy respectively. Both masters Arunan and Uva are giving back to society through their monthly healing sessions at AVM too while Acharya is doing an amazing job teaching Yoga back in his homeland of Bangalore. He is scheduled to be back in Malaysia in July for a Yoga session here. See http://agathiyarvanam.blogspot.my/2017/04/babajis-kriya-yoga-initiation-into.html

I am amazed, as Agathiyar had told, that I should rightfully be, to see how much has taken place over these past 15 years. We have come a long way within a short time thanks to the continuous support of AVM family members in all our programs. Turnout at these events has been good and encouraging. Soon we will be having medical camps in the charity homes. It's in the pipeline and we pray that Agathiyar will bless all our thoughts, plans, action and deeds.

Agathiyar has blessed us with a wonderful and encouraging Nadi reading recently. His Arul Vaakku is an acknowledgement and endorsement that we are on the right track and is a boost for us to move ahead.

Agathiyar has given AVM a big responsibility now. From being self centred, Agathiyar has opened up a whole new world to us. Each directive of his and action of ours is geared towards the community, country and the wellbeing of the world we live in. Every single prayer of ours reaches the prapanjam. We are blessed indeed to be given these noble tasks. We are blessed indeed to be given this opportunity to serve Agathiyar in so many ways.
