If I had previously asked that he stop sending strangers who then begin frequenting my home and slowly open up on their sorrows, Agathiyar, in asking me where I would go if he were to shut his ears, made me realize that he wanted me to listen. True enough, when we gave in to his Lila, many, until even today, walk up to me and begin a conversation, eventually pouring out their sorrow. I just listened as he had told me to. He would work on their sorrows, taking up from there. If previously they frequented my home to sow their sorrows, now even strangers catch me on the go. I guess that there is no running away.
Some time back, Sanjiv Ji from New Delhi and I were on the phone. As usual, the subject of the Nadi came up. We then agreed that there was an overdose of even good things, including the Nadi readings. Social media and the net carry news about the Siddhas' Nadi and their predictions, like everyday news. There is an overload of predictions. We tend to overindulge in Puja, charity, and reading the Nadi, asking when the next one is coming up. My wife called it getting a "high" from these, akin to an addiction. I guess that is the reason Agathiyar, after having me put a stop to Puja, charity, all reading, even the Nadi, and waiting anxiously and expecting messages from him, also asked that I end my writing. I shall follow for now until he says otherwise.
