When Tavayogi returned to Malaysia to officiate the First World Conference on Siddha Philosophy in 2007, after two earlier trips in 2004 and 2005, Tavayogi released his maiden book entitled ANDAMUM PINDAMUM. As everyone queued to purchase a personally autographed copy of his book, I too stood in queue. When I stood before him he thought for a moment and wrote the following phrase.

I do not remember exactly when I started to become angry over situations, things, people and so forth. But I was indeed an angry man. I was surprised that Agathiyar too mentioned about my anger and how it would destroy all the benefits derived from tapas that I had put in, in one of my Nadi readings. Only later did my mother casually tell me that that was her daily prayer too - that I should drop my anger. Agathiyar listened to my mother pray that I should shed my anger and decided to reprehend and remind me of the adversities of anger in his regular Nadi revelation sessions!
When Tavayogi Thangarasan Adigal was in Malaysia, he did mention to me that he did not like to be confined to a room and continued that he was a free spirit, "Yennai Yaarum Kattu Padutta Mudiyaathu".
I was taken back initially with his statement. Did I sense an ego there, I asked myself. Was he being arrogant, I thought. Does that mean that he does not listen to anyone? It took me 9 years to understand what he meant back then. I realized that that should be my stand too presently. It is not being egoistic nor arrogance, but asserting that the Lord is behind you all the time, in all your endeavors. It is indeed a beautiful feeling realizing that the Lord is our savior, teacher, parent, and friend too.
I realized that I have to build my faith on the Lord to that extent where the Lord moves in me. Initially we believe that it is we who move things. We are an ordinary person. As we progress spiritually, we surrender to the Lord believing then that it is he who moves us. We are then a devotee. Finally the stage has to come where the Lord moves in us. He then is a Gnani and an instrument of God.
It has also been told that Deoria Baba said that if persons had not been trying to keep Maharajji in the ashram and sitting around him to create a barrier or enclosure, he might have stayed longer here. Two things are very interesting: that he wanted to go away and that he has never reconciled to this kind of life of the ashram. He was essentially a tramp, a free spirit. There is no record of how many years he was wandering here and there, just bits of stories that we have got of how he was seen in so many places. It was only in the latter part of his life that all these ashrams were created. Even then he would not be in the ashram all the time. He would go out to many places—to Chitrakut, Amarkantak, Jagganath.
Similarly the only reason Tavayogi started the ashram was because Agathiyar instructed him. Tavayogi wanted to go into samadhi but Agathiyar held him back. Agathiyar asked him to establish the Gnana Peedham at Kallar for Agathiyar's devotees; place the Aaru Aathaara Peedham in it and have devotees worship it; have his granite statue made and placed at Mulasthaanam in the hills of Kallar, where devotees now hike up through the jungle and undergrowth to have Agathiyar's Darshan; and instructed Tavayogi to conduct the ritual of lighting the sacrificial fire or Yagam where devotees are able to participate.
Currently Agathiyar has placed the Jeeva Nadi in Tavayogi's hands, through which Agathiyar speaks to his devotees.
In today's post by Velayudham Karthikeyan on his blog Sitthan Arul at http://siththanarul.blogspot.com/2014/05/173.html, Agathiyar most graciously delivers Bhogar's remedy for Aids to an individual who seeked out Agathiyar's Jeeva Nadi.
Agathiyar instructs him to carry out atonement for each member of his family to remove their past karma and only then to undertake a journey to Sathuragiri or Pothigai where certain herbs were available for preparing the Siddha medication prescribed by Bhogar, which was elaborated in detail by Agathiyar.
Agathiyar explains the human body is susceptible to 4128 diseases of which Aids was listed as 3798th.
The individual took his family to Sathuragiri as instructed by Agathiyar hoping someone will deliver the cure. But no one was of any help to them.
After 45 days someone delivers a note to the Jeeva Nadi Guru of Chennai from that individual mentioning that he had run out of cash and food and nearing death, but he and his family are adamant to stay until they are cured.
After 25 days the Jeeva Nadi Guru is told of a miracle that took place at Sathuragiri.
The family had decided to end their life as no one could help them with identifying and preparing the herbal portion as per Agathiyar's directive. That is when someone like Agathiyar and another person like Bhogar appeared to the family of four and directed them to follow them into the deep jungles of Sathuragiri where they prepared the medicine for them and had them consume it. Upon awakening the family realized they were in Sundaramahalingam Temple at Sathuragiri!
After 3 months, the family appeared before the Jeeva Nadi Guru, hale and healthy and cured of Aids and alive to tell their tale.

Recently on 25.4.2014, Surendaran Selvaratnam went for a Nadi reading with Nadi Guru Ramesh. Agathiyar speaks about Tavayogi Thangarasan Adigal and Suren receiving his blessings and teachings.
Moreover Agathiyar reiterates Tavayogi's doctrine that Tavam or Tapas and Dharma or charity are the pillars to receiving the Lord's grace and attaining Mukthi and enlightenment.
Agathiyar talks about the concept "Vaan Kalakka Kudiya Aatral" that the Saints have attained is attainable by performing Tapas and Dharmam.
Ramalinga Adigal sings a hymn dedicated to Manikavasagar praising Manikavasagar for attaining this very stage or level.

Saravanan Palanisamy (சரவணன் பழனிசாமி) drew the following episode from Agathiyar's journey to the south.
In Saravanan Palanisamy's words, "Its the scene where Vinthiya hill was thought a lesson by Agathiyar for its arrogance".
Vindhya was later pardoned and blessed by the ever compassionate Agathiyar, once Vindhya showed remorse and repented for his actions. In Saravanan's depiction of the event, there is compassion in Agathiyar's eyes while Vindhya is full of remorse.
Tavayogi Thangarasan Adigal quotes Siddha Bhogar’s SAPTAKANDAM in his book ANDAMUM PINDAMUM as mentioning Agathiyar had lived beyond the four yugas and as such no one can predict his age.
Agathiyar reveals in my nadi that he has indeed taken birth many times to set humanity on the right track.
Pon. Govindaswamy in his book, SIRSABAIYUM PORSABAIYUM, (Bharath Book Bureau, 1985), mentions that Agathiyar took birth as Valluvar and gave us the TIRUKURAL besides other texts. He mentions too that Agathiyar took birth as Ramalinga Adigal in the 19 century and gave us the TIRUARUTPA.

Today's Sitthan Arul post was amazing, just as the many previous postings by Velayudham Karthikeyan. Karthikeyan concludes the massive journey of the blessed Jeeva Nadi Guru from Chennai with his friends on a pilgrimage cum revelation to temples and places dictated by Agathiyar in 2009.
Many truths and secrets had been revealed by the great saint. In today's episode Agathiyar explains what meditation or Dhyanam is and what surrender means. He talks about Thirumular coming to the aid of Akbar too. Agathiyar reveals how he personally takes stalk of devotees wishes and prayers and delivers them onto the honorable feet of the Lord.
Along the way Agathiyar had identified many places where ancient temples still lay buried waiting to be discovered.
This journey with Agathiyar, the Jeeva Nadi Guru and Velayudham Karthikeyan has simply been amazing. It has been a journey of discovery into the world of Siddhas, Agathiyar revealing the workings of Karma, workings of the Siddhas and the workings of creation itself.
Bala Chandran left for India to participate in the Siddhar Vizha at Kallar ashram. While there he was blessed to have his a reading from Agathiyar's Jeeva Nadi. Tavayogi Thangarasan Adigal read the revelation by Agathiyar while Mataji made a transcribe of the revelation. Later Mataji read the transcribe out to Bala which he recorded and made it available for Siddha Heartbeat.
Agathiyar spoke about Bala's numerous Nadi readings by Nadi Guru Ramesh in Malaysia prior to him seeking Agathiyar's Jeeva Nadi at Kallar. Bala was equally devoted to Agathiyar in his past life as revealed by Agathiyar. Agathiyar addresses all of Bala's questions. Agathiyar explains the purpose of life, giving him certain instructions and assures him that he was around to care for him. As Bala was to leave on a pilgrimage of Indian temples after the Siddhar Vizha, to fulfill the instructions on performing atonement or parikaram in his earlier Nadi, Agathiyar assigns his student Pulastya to accompany Bala. If Bala had handed to Tavayogi sketches of Agathiyar and Thava Murugan in his earlier trip to Kallar during the Guru Puja and was honored on stage, which Agathiyar revealed in his earlier Nadi, in this Jeeva Nadi reading Agathiyar reveals that Konganar and Korakar where very happy to see Bala's masterpiece of Ramalinga Adigal that he passed on to Tavayogi.
Mataji Sarojini Ammaiyaar has mentioned on many occasions how the wishes of devotees who came to Kallar ashram had been fulfilled. Agathiyar has fulfilled our wishes too. Agathiyar also asks that we pray. He extols the power of prayers in the following Nadi revelation on 12.7.2010.

When Agathiyar came to Malaysia in the form of a bronze statue, he had asked that we conduct Nava Abhisegam or nine kinds of libation on him. Prior to that he was to be taken to the Aadhi Kumbeshwarar Temple in Kumbakonam and a ritual performed before he crossed the sea. This and other instructions were specifically mention in the Nadi. We did as instructed. That is how we came to conduct libation for Agathiyar every Thursdays, full moon days, new moon days, on festive occasions, and annually during Agathiyar's Jayanthi and Guru Puja.
