AGATHIYAR MAKES HIS PRESENCE KNOWN PART 3

Agathiyar has taken to all forms of mediums to establish the Siddha Margam firmly amongst the public, including bringing devotees to establish peedhams, ashrams and building new temples while having other devotees re-discover old and deserted Siddha temples and to rebuild them. In the last two post we saw how he had brought the thought and idea to individuals, starting them on this venture all for the benefit of the general public. Agathiyar then takes residence in these places and helps those in need and those who come seeking him.

Agathiyar has begun to reveal much through the mystical Nadi of his, read by numerous Nadi Nool Aasans and several spiritual men. Bala Chandran Gunasekaran himself has brought or introduced 131 individuals to the Nadi Nool Aasan T.Ramesh in Malaysia, where Agathiyar has revealed their past deeds and recommended many ways to reduce or eliminate their karma and hence uplift their lives.

Agathiyar too is slowly moving devotees on the path of devotion or Bakthi onto service orientated paths, besides having them uphold their regular worship of Siddhas. Where service is already being done regularly, Agathiyar has also brought worship in as an important component, bringing about a balance to their daily routine. The Ongarakudil and its affiliates all around the world has been engaged with service to humanity and devotion to Siddhas for a long time now.

Agathiyar too has selected many individuals to carry out his mission. Tavayogi Thangarasan Adigal was directed to Malaysia by Agathiyar, in the footsteps of his Guru Chitramuthu Adigal, to help spread the greatness of the Siddha Margam in the Malay peninsula.

Ananda Jyothiamma, currently in isolation, is being prepared for her mission to spread the Siddhas fame both in India, Malaysia and the West.

Another soul is waiting in line to be groomed and thence to spread the Siddha path in Australia too.

Agathiyar has yet another potential soul waiting to be molded to become a missionary for the Siddhas in South Africa.

These are some of the selected souls tasked to bring the Marga to a wider range of nations and nationalities, besides the many organizations, groups and individuals already making headway propagating the Siddha path in their respective ways and respective regions.

Towards this purpose, Agathiyar has performed amazing miracles along the way that has captured the attention of many. For instance, Agathiyar surprised us when he opened his eyes in his bronze statue during prayers or puja at Agathiyar Vanam Malaysia  (AVM) that was captured on film. This miracle took place when Ananda Jyothiamma was at AVM.

Agathiyar has revealed himself in the form of light wherever Ananda Jyothiamma went, again capturing our attention.

A column of light that started from beyond, ...

... passed directly over Ananda Jyothiamma ...

... and stopped its travel directly above Agathiyar and Lobha Ma at Kalyana Theertam

Tavayogi, when in Malaysia many years ago, told me to start speaking to others about the Siddhas. I feared I would do injustice to these highly evolved souls with my very limited knowledge, as I was still new to this path. How could I, compare with all the jambavans or pandits out there, I asked myself. I could not meditate; neither had I come to a realization of the self; I had no control over my senses; and I had so many weaknesses. I was still carrying a large baggage of karma that I have yet to dispose. I had not been a good son, neither had I been  a good father. I had not been a good husband nor had I been a good disciple. All I was doing was carry out rituals as ordained by Agathiyar, which I did faithfully. But yet Agathiyar showered my family and me with his grace and blessings. So it came as a surprise that Agathiyar too as of late been encouraging me to write about the Siddhas.

Ananda Jyothiamma was the one who gave me courage to sing in public or for an audience. Her very first request, that I sing the Aksharamana Maalai of Ramana for her over Skype, soon led to her watching the prayers conducted at AVM too through Skype in the comfort of her home in the USA. Later on the request of another devotee of Agathiyar from the USA, Valli, we had two laptops running concurrently capturing the prayers.

What was otherwise a very private puja session with the family, was turned into a public affair when Agathiyar encouraged me to go on air to broadcast a live stream of the regular prayers or pujas at AVM. Stalin was the catalyst to initiate a live stream of this event, through Ustream. And so we have been streaming live these prayers since then, and Stalin has painstakingly delivered without fail posters announcing these prayers.

Besides being an avenue that showcases the workings of the Siddhas, Siddha Heartbeat also takes pleasure in introducing some talented souls who came by to AVM. Many talented singers were exposed during the regular gatherings at AVM.

My two daughters have brushed up their vocal skills through constant singing of many melodious devotional numbers to the extend they sounded so authentic and close to the original that YouTube accused me of infringement of the copyright act. I contested the claim by YouTube mentioning that they were videos of my children singing traditional and devotional song. Even without the accompaniment of music, they must have sounded so real and true to the original that YouTube and the corresponding claimant turned down my dispute and withheld their claim.

Many of these young talents were encouraged to sing during the prayer sessions at AVM and continue contributing willingly.

Many IT savvy devotees at AVM took to the computers and the digital world to capture the various blessed moments on film and edited them digitally to produce magnificent portraits of Agathiyar.

AGATHIYAR MAKES HIS PRESENCE KNOWN PART 2

On the homefront, Agathiyar in the Nadi of Amuthavalli K.S.Maniam in the year 2002, had asked to be installed at the Sri Karpaga Vinayagar temple at Brickfields, Kuala Lumpur. As she had passed away and Agathiyar's wish had yet to be carried out, a devotee S.Baktha, with others, undertook the task of having Agathiyar's statue made and installed at the said temple. Agathiyar now graces the temple as a bronze statue. Later Agathiyar directed his devotees through the Nadi reading for Baktha, to celebrate Siddha Puja annually at the temple premises. Agathiyar who directed Palanisamy Aiya to worship him in the form of a granite statue, listened to the aging Palanisamy Aiya's prayers and decided to move from his home in Klang after 7 years. Agathiyar mentioned his intent in both Palanisamy Aiya's Nadi and Uvaraj who was assigned to receive his statue. Agathiyar is currently temporarily housed at the Sri Agasthiyar Sakthi Nyaanaalayam in Taman Petaling, Kepong, while Uvaraj is scouting for a more suitable premise to house Agathiyar and the 18 Siddhas. A staunch devotee of Agathiyar who had also worshiped Agathiyar at his home in Petaling Jaya for years, had moved him to a nearby Lord Ganesa's temple only to move him again to the Sri Sakthi Raja Nageswari Amman Temple. His divine task of conducting libation or abhisegam for the past 3 years at this temple is now carried out by volunteer devotees of Agathiyar after his demise 3 months ago. The next prayer at this temple is scheduled on 14 August 2015.

Agathiyar had directed me to install him at the Jegathguru Sri Ragavendra Swamigal Mritiga Brindavanam in Ipoh only to change his mind and remain at Agathiyar Vanam Malaysia (AVM) to bless his devotees. Live streaming is done from AVM on Thursday, Amavasai and Pornami days besides other auspicious days.

When Agathiyar decided to stay at AVM, he had a devotee contribute his statue at the Jegathguru Sri Raghavendra Mritiga Brindavanam.
