TRAVELING THE CHAKRAS

Tavayogi wrote in his book "Andamum Pindamum", "From the first atom, the Paramanu, the Pancha Maha Bhutam came forth. The world emerged with these 5 atoms coming together. Each atom carried 96 Tattvas. These Tattvas function in our bodies too."

பரமாணுவினால் பஞ்சபூதம் உண்டானது. இவ்வுலகம் ஐம் பெரும் பூத அணுக்களால் ஆனது. இந்த ஐம்பூத அணுக்களில் உள்ள ஒவ்வொரு அணுவிலும் 96 தத்துவங்கள் அமைந்துள்ளன. இந்த தத்துவங்களே மனித சரீரத்தில் செயல்படுகின்றன.

We are said to be a combination of the same five basic primordial or primary elements that form the building blocks of all of creation, the Pancha Maha Bhutam, namely earth, water, fire/energy, air/wind, and sky/space, in descending order of grossness. This is seen as the first layer of elements or Tattvas of creation. These tattvas form the basis for the growth, sustenance, and proper functioning of all the regulatory systems within us for the continued dwelling and inhabitation of the breath and soul within. These principal forces of Nature are responsible for the creation and coming into being, development, continued sustenance, and completion of every creation of the divine that we have come to know. In returning to them, we vaporise into thin air. 

Agathiyar, in his memo to us on Udal (Body), Uyir (Breath), and Atma (Soul), says that the zygote or Pindam made of the elements or Nunuyir from the five elements Pancha Maha Bhutam derived from each parent's body in a specific proportion begins to take shape in the womb of a mother.  The Pranavayu that flows in with these elements is the primary cause of the conception of a zygote, and later an embryo and a fetus. It moves with and in the elements. If it is fated Life is hence given to the embryo. 

உடல் என்பது ஐந்து உலோகங்களின் நுண்ணுயிர்களின் அளவுகளைத் தாங்கிக் கொண்டு பிண்டம் ஒன்றினை உருவ வடிவமாய் கர்ப்பகிரகத்தில் நிலை பெறுகிறது. பஞ்சபூதம் ஆகிய நீர், நிலம், ஆகாயம், காற்று, நெருப்பு அனைத்தும் தாய் தந்தையின் உடலிலிருந்தே  எடுக்கப்பட்டு சிசுவின் உடலைப் பிறப்பிக்கின்றது. உனது உடலைப் பிரதானமாகக் கொண்டு இயங்குவது சுவாசம், அதுவே உயிர். உயிர் என்பது செயல் அற்று இருக்கக்கூடிய உறுப்பைச் செயல் பெறச் செய்வது. பிறக்கும் சிசு கருவுற மூலமாக இருப்பது பிராணவாயு. பிராணவாயு ஆணின் அணுக்களிலும் பெண்ணின் அணுக்களிலும் ஊடுருவி ஒன்றெனக் கலந்து பிரதான பொருள் வடிவம் அடையும் தன்மை உண்டானால் அங்கு உயிர் சக்தி உருவேற்ற படுகிறது. 

The breath, or Prana or universal energy that is Uyir, takes its place or residence in the energy centers or pools of energy or Kulam that it self-creates. 

The Prana energy enters the crown, creating the Sahasrara chakra, which sustains this new life. 

It then creates the Ajna that aids in the multiplication of cells that follows. 

These two chakras retrieve and store information in the form of past karmic deeds from the cloud @ Param. These two chakras, in turn, create the Vishudhi chakra that dictates the Akasha tattva and activates the act of breathing in and out later while in the amniotic fluid.

When this energy comes to pool at the Anahata chakra, the Vayu tattva comes into play. The universal energy brings forth the physical heart. 

Reaching further down, it pools at the Manipuraka chakra that it has just self-created in the fetus. The Fire tattva coming from the mother comes into play here. The chakras become connected with the physical body. The chakras of the fetus link with the mother. The chakras of the fetus begin to connect with that of its mother. 

The Sahasrara chakra divides itself, bringing forth the Svadisthana chakra working with the water tattva and Muladhara chakra working in coalition with the earth tattva. The heartbeat of the fetus is felt. The fetus is then 6 - 8 weeks old. 

The other major organs start to grow. The creation of the body and its parts is like someone bringing together the components of a physical body and assembling it, as Supramania Swami created the sacred ash from the soil. This someone is the soul or JeevaAtma. 

Information is embedded within, as seen in the vigorous activity in the fetus. By 24 weeks, these silent and secret transmissions settle down and are replaced by the outside sounds and noise that the baby begins to hear now. 

At 30 weeks, the Svathisthana begins to dampen the growth in length of the fetus. 

Other major and minor chakras come into play, too. 

Supra consciousness and subconscious become present. 

Consciousness is only activated at birth. 

When the baby is born, the Sahasrara and Ajna close, and the veil is drawn. 

Upon the newborn crying, it takes in the air from the surrounding atmosphere for the first time. 

N. Thammanna Chettiar writes in his book "Kaatre Kadavul Ennum Saaka Kalai", Narmada Pathipagam, Chennai 1999, that when the child lets out its first cry, the breath enters him and remains with him till his death. 

உலகில் சிசு அழுவதால் தான் முதன் முதலாகச் சுவாச ஓட்டம் ஆரம்பித்துத் தொடர்ந்து நடை பெறுகிறது. இந்தச் சுவாசமானது இறக்கும் வரை மனித உடலில் தங்கியிருக்கிறது. மனிதனின் காலம் முடிந்தவுடன் காற்றும் வெளி யேறி விடுகிறது. காற்றை நாம் சுவாசம் விட்டுக் கொண்டிருப்பதன் மூலம் உணர முடிகிறது. சுவாசம் விடுவதும் வாழ்வதும் நமது கட்டுப் பாட்டில் இல்லை.

The creative force of Kundalini Shakti, or energy that created the chakras and moved the tattvas to form the respective organs, then comes to rest in the Muladhara. This intelligent energy force, having done its work, takes a rest and begins to hibernate.

So that was the journey of the Kundalini or creative force, breath, and energy that the soul summons to build a Fort for itself or a house of brick. The soul or Jeevatma then becomes the Watcher. Both the soul and the Sakti retire for a while until the soul comes to summon it to return to its Kingdom, uniting with Siva. 

If with Ida and Pingala functioning, one should sail us through life without any hiccups, now why would we want to activate the Kundalini? Mine was accidental, or rather, as intended or gifted by the Siddhas, and closely monitored by them till this day. 

I have seen videos of mass initiation and activation of this energy, or only God knows what energies, in people by individuals, with both parties not realizing what they are getting into. We cannot blame the recipient of this Shakti for not knowing the consequences. The bestower, too, does not study and analyze if the recipient is ready for the initiation or if his body is prepared and can take on the intense energy that comes with it. Have they prepared their body sufficiently to receive these energies? Only one fit should ask to test this enormous creative force and energy. Tavayogi told us that one has to wait 12 years before anything, for that matter, is given. It gives the guru sufficient time to get to know his subject. During this time, they test our patience, tolerance, conduct, the virtues and values that we uphold, etc. Tavayogi hardly spoke about this energy or the other Siddhis except when he came last in 2016 and had a private audience with AVM family members, as uploaded in the above video. He never used these to lure people into the path or Marga. Instead, he wanted us to understand the journey. 

A word of caution. Who should wish to awaken the sleeping giant, or in this case, the serpent? Only those who wish to carry out his will. For if we haven't surrendered to him and his will, the power that arises could do harm to oneself, or he or she could misuse it or use it to harm others, since Siddhis come about and are made available to him or her as by-products of this activation. Make sure the guru who initiates you into these powers is available to you 24/7 or whenever the need arises to refer to him on your progress or when problems crop up, and trouble starts. Do not accept any initiation from a visiting guru whom you know you cannot meet again or reach him or her later for advice or guidance. I am grateful for Agathiyar and the Siddhas, kept coming through the Nadi readings, at times weekly, to give me updates and further practices, after having Tavayogi gifted me in 2007, according to Agathiyar, this treasure as promised when I was at his ashram in India in 2005.

A 25-year-old seeker, after leaving his home in search of masters, and staying in numerous Ashrams, returned home and was initiated by a visiting master who touched his navel, which brought on intense swirling of energy within, on their very first meeting. These total strangers never met again. When certain things began happening within, he knew not where to seek help. Agathiyar hauled him to my home and released this pent-up energy, for it was not his time to receive it, as he had responsibilities towards his family. 

My father, who left home for an ashram in India, was told by the guru to return home for the same reason - that he had responsibilities towards his family. A young devotee who frequented AVM was told to take a break from his practice for the same reason, too. 

Another seeker frequented AVM in the past.  It was only later that he opened up, telling me that he was initiated by a resident master before coming over to AVM. He mentioned that he had weird energies moving within him that caused discomfort and disturbances. He asked for advice. When I told him to seek out the master who had messed up his life, he replied that his master had turned cuckoo and was roaming the streets. As he had not fully surrendered to Agathiyar then, Agathiyar could not help him. I came to understand that he then sought help from other masters, but to no avail.

Another seeker from Delhi messaged me, telling me that, having learned and put into practice all the teachings from the various schools available, he ended up having energy blockages. None of his masters could help him. After 8 years, when I contacted him back, he was still waiting for a remedy.

If there are dubious masters around, we learn too many genuine gurus giving initiations, passing on mantras, with their touch, or their look, and numerous other ways on their very first meeting itself. These gurus are a divine personification. They can see through the past karma of those who stood before them. They verify their standing, and only then pass on this Sakti, only after knowing pretty well that the recipient is ready for the initiation, and their body can take on the energy. The recipients in this case would have done the work in past lives and were ready to continue from where they left off. And this transmission is always done live, one-to-one, and face-to-face. 

Speaking to Mahindren, my comrade in this journey, about this subject and how dubious and bogus masters are manipulating the innocent public, just to boost their ratings, publicity, viewership, fellowship, and following and numbers, thinking that they are doing good, are, in fact, messing up others' lives. Mahindren told me something that really made sense. If Ramalinga Adigal wanted to arouse anything, for that matter, in his followers, he would have done that. We have never read about Nayanmars giving initiation or activating energies en masse or for a price. So too, the many genuine saints of the past. The initiation always happens between the guru and student away from the public eye. Neither did the Siddhas nor Tavayogi and Supramania Swami dish out mantras or initiations for the asking. Tavayogi wanted to initiate me the first time after I told him that Agathiyar had asked me to come to his path in the Nadi reading. I guess that is the reason Agathiyar had me go back to Tavayogi and get initiated a second time in private, as the first mantra initiation was given to six others in the same room. It was a mantra of Agathiyar written on paper and handed out to the recipients. We followed by reading the mantra after him. That was all he did. The second time around, Tavayogi just touched my shoulders and sent me off. Similarly, he initiated me a third time in private, calling me into his Ashram, giving me another mantra upadesam. Although Tavayogi gave whoever walked into the local Peedham an initiation, it was not an energy transfer. But Agathiyar made an exception with Molly Menon coming personally through Tavayogi, giving her initiation and a new name, that of Jnana Jothiamma, and sending her back to the USA.

We have to work on the mantra, put in the effort, and allocate the time to carry out the chanting continuously. There is no shortcut. The expected or desired results do not drop from the sky, nor is gifted in a silver plate. Now it was up to these recipients to carry on from there by reciting the mantra on their own, and at their leisure. If they failed to carry it out, nothing happens, and no harm is done. But if they put in an effort and spend some time doing it, it makes them eligible for further guidance from the Siddhas. They want us to put in the effort first to carry out the given practices, and only then do they come to uplift us. Tavayogi always asked us if we were doing the former practice given before he initiated another practice. Sadly, just as we collect souvenirs, we go around collecting initiations from all the masters and never comply or carry out what is told. There is no easy way out. It has always been that way. 

Though generally, this breath is not under our control, taking the tool of Pranayama, it is possible to change its course, just like the course of an unruly river is realigned, or a horse is tamed by leading it using a halter, respectively. Taking the tool of Yoga that Tavayogi, Pathanjali, and Agathiyar gave us, we then went within, and we came to worship the breath. The Divine that gives life or breathes life into us, that keeps us alive by this very breath and takes it away from us when our time is up, is that very force, or Prana, or Kundalini that creates, sustains, and eventually envelops or swallows all of its creation. If the soul or JeevAtma supervises the creation and formation of the zygote and embryo and fetus and child gradually, the breath of life enters the crown of the child, creating each chakra on its way right down to the Muladhara, and once its task is complete closes the door behind it, going into a long hibernation or sleep, only to be awakened again by the same breath through exercising certain pranayama techniques or by the touch of the guru. 

When the Kundalini is again activated by various means, it rises up the same road it came, making the journey back home, but this time facing many challenges, as we, with our lifestyle, had brought upon ourselves to place numerous obstacles and hurdles, poison and filth along its path. Agathiyar said that due to man's inappropriate lifestyle, the Muladhara Chakra (or Kulam [pond or lake] refers to these chakras) has been dammed and prevented from flowing. As it journeys up, it begins to clear the blockages and reactivates and rejuvenates the chakras that have become sluggish and blocked by now due to man's lifestyle and habits. The Kundalini works hard to consume and swallow them, clearing the path for the bigger Param Jothi or the Effulgence or Light to enter through the crown and light up all the chakras within us. 

Due to the practice that Tavayogi gave, the Muladhara opened, and Kundalini awakened silently, unknown to me, after I took up the Asana and Pranayama techniques that Tavayogi showed me back then in 2007, which Agathiyar, in a later Nadi reading, tells me was a treasure. This is what I suppose Agathiyar told Tavayogi that he would reveal later when he asked Tavayogi what he was going to gift me when I was at his ashram for the very first time in 2005. With continuous practice of these breathing techniques over time, the chakras gained power and energy, or Shakti. I did not know nor realize this awakening of the Kundalini until I was told in a Nadi reading on 13.10.2007. 

After picking up Yoga from Tavayogi officially, Patanjali came on 18.5.2008 to guide me further in the Nadi reading. He said, "The many practices taught and shown and put into practice shall bring on excessive heat within. Hence, there was a need to take Sattvic food that cooled the body. The colors of the aura will accentuate further as a result of the awakening." This is the second instance in which the Kundalini is mentioned. 

On 30.9.2008, Agathiyar came to guide me further, asking that I observe the breath, telling me that they are sharing what they themselves had practiced and achieved. 

On 8.12.2008, Agathiyar speaks about the importance of Pranayama further. "Riding on the breath, you shall see the veil of ignorance drawn aside to reveal the Jothi," he said. Agathiyar adds that due to my Vaasi practice or Pranayama, the Suzhimunai at the top of the head had opened. This was all news to me. I did not understand, nor could I comprehend where it was all heading, but I kept at doing what was given diligently. 

On 27.8.2009, Agathiyar gave a further practice, called Tava Sukmam, telling me that the Siddhas do it, where he went against the conventional understanding of the number of chakras within us and revealed and asked that I focus on yet another couple of chakras that are not spoken of, which he points out as residing at the top and bottom of the nose. 

On 26.12.2009, Agathiyar says that Tavayogi shall grant me the remainder of the treasure besides the Yoga techniques he showed us. It is only now, as I pen these words, that it dawns on me what he meant. I could see the connection now when, in the next reading on 31.1.2010, he told me he would pass on his Nadi Nool someday to be worshipped, and I shall come to read it, adding that it is both a present and a gift from him. 

On 3.4.2010, Agathiyar asks to continue my yoga practice. Though the Siddhas spoke about the mystical and subtle changes that came by within me, I guess, since I was not receptive enough, I was unaware of these changes in me. Life went on as usual for me. When some can describe in detail the drama and cinematic changes within them, I had nothing to say or share, as I guess, since I had a job and a family, and my body was not ready to receive the transmission of energy, they did not want to disrupt my life in any manner. 

The changes became obvious only much later as I continued on the road. Practicing the Yoga asanas and Pranayama techniques as shown by Tavayogi in 2007, Agathiyar in the Nadi reading on 9.8.2010 said that the heat of my Tapas was at its height. 

Weeks later, seeing my agony of having pulled a nerve that gave me excruciating pain in my lower back, right till the right toes, Agathiyar on 17.10.2010 gives me the good news and consoles me on the bad too. What is generally achieved through Hathayoga was made possible to me through Tapas and Puja, he said. I guess I had received a bonus or a boon. 

Agathiyar pointed out that my health was declining. He asked to see a physician who could bring it back to its former state. "With my grace, you shall recover well," he added. I saw my friend and Siddha's physician, J. Ariwananthen Aiya, for a checkup and some herbal medicines to correct the issue at hand. 

On 16.1.2011, Agathiyar, who continued to monitor my situation, assured me that all would be fine. He asked me to continue taking the prescription for another half a mandalam (24 days). 

If J. Ariwananthen Aiya gave me a tonic or Kaya Kalpa for my body, Agathiyar gave me a tonic for my soul. On 9.8.2011, he acknowledged the Sidhanta or blissful state that I was in. The Light of Grace had increased in its immensity, he added. 

On 26.11.2011, Agathiyar addressed the issue clearly. He spelled out the reason for my pain and agony, classifying it as Paareesa Peedai that was supposedly external, which, looking through the net, I came to know was "superficial, existing or occurring at or on the surface and  appearing to be true or real only until examined more closely." He says the Muladhara chakra had attained intense heat, resulting in my condition, leading to immobility. The three dosas too have gone haywire. He gave me a remedy and solution in the form of several Siddha herbs, Amalaki and Triphala, and prayers to the Sun God and Lord Murugan to bring relief. He asked me to stop all forms of Tapas and yoga practices for the time being. 

On 16.1.2012, he asked me to extend and intensify my hours of sitting at Puja, asking to do it in the mornings, noon, and evenings too. 

On 15.2.2012, it came as a day of joy and relief from my pain and agony that I had come to accept and live with. The physiotherapist surprised me by asking me to carry out exercises that she had taught me and asked that I carry out at home, over the past seven months, before her at the clinic. As I moved into gear and positioned myself to begin, I felt something give way as if a latch was lifted, a dam burst, a knot was untied. Something gave way at the exact spot of my pain and agony in my lower back that day, and it brought instantaneous relief and joy to the extent that I shouted out and cried in joy. The excruciating pain left magically and mysteriously just as it had come on me as I brushed my teeth and cleared my throat while taking my morning shower back in 2010. All was well, just as Agathiyar had promised. 

On 21.9.2014, Agathiyar, speaking about the chakras, asked that I write about the Siddha Marga or path and told me that he would induce me to write. 

On 28.3.2015, he thanked me for bringing others into the path through my writings. He said that my home, which was his Vanam, has transitioned into Gnana Kottam. 

On 28.8.2015, he said that my writings have reached many. 

If Agathiyar spoke about the internal transition and transformation that was silently going on, saying that he sees the changes that have taken place within me, the transition from speaking through the Nadi to directly speaking through others now began. Agathiyar's words, coming through his devotees, were interspersed with Nadi readings. 

After the pain vanished completely on 15.2.2012, it came on again in 2016, but with less severity, just as I was busily looking into the arrangements for my daughter's wedding. A couple and devotee who had just returned from Dhanvanthri's temple in India dropped in at my home, bringing over his sacred prasad. Dhanvanthri came through a devotee and applied the sacred ash on my back. He told me to heat up some sesame oil, apply it, and sleep on level ground for the next few days. The pain eventually subsided, and one fine day, I realized it was gone.

On 18.11.2017, Agathiyar in the Nadi says that though I was instrumental in some way towards the change that others went through, he wanted me to maintain a low profile, stay low and out of sight. He had mentioned many years back in a reading his joy in seeing me carry on his work without making ripples. 

When the pain recurred, Agathiyar in the Nadi reading on 7.10.2018, said that my breath was "twisted". The most compassionate father, acknowledging that I cannot possibly withstand even the slightest pain, chose to provide his medicines and ointments to bring on quick relief. 

Lord Muruga, who came through the Nadi for the first time on 30.1.2018 when a devotee, without my knowledge, fixed up an appointment for me, immediately came again for me the next day on 8.10.2018 after Agathiyar had addressed my issue a day before. I am deeply grateful to Lord Muruga and Agathiyar for all the attention they gave me in my time of need. Neither he nor Agathiyar abandoned me. They came to my aid either through the Nadi reading or through a devotee. Lord Muruga told me that the Fortress that was my body was crumbling as age had caught up with me. My spine and hips were tense. The gel at the joints of the limbs had hardened. This was the reason for the acute pain I was having. With some treatment done earlier by fellow devotees who heard about my predicament, he assured me that a quarter of the health issue had been overcome. He told me why I had to go through the suffering. It was his doing, too, he said. It was to have me sit in one place and do Tapas. That day, we saw something that no one has ever spoken about, at least as far as we know, for as the Nadi reader read the Nadi in which Lord Muruga addressed my issues, he came through a devotee and simultaneously brought relief to my back pain. 

Lord Murugan praised me for keeping a low profile as they had asked of me, while continuing to spread the wisdom of Agathiyar. He declared that  Agathiyar Vanam henceforth was Agathiyar Tapovanam. He revealed that he resides as the soul or Atma in us. 

Lord Muruga came in the Nadi of another devotee the next day, 9.10.2018, and enlightened me further, explaining how he had healed me the night before. 

Subsequently, Lord Muruga came through a devotee on 3.1.2019, and 23.7.2019, Agathiyar on 15.9.2019, and Ramalinga Adigal on 29.11.2019, and 1.12.2019. 

In September of 2019, as I had to pee in the middle of the night, I fell as I got up, before him in his Puja room, where he had me sleep in isolation. Then I collapsed again in the living room and a third time in front of the toilet, which is upstairs. My wife and daughter, who heard the commotion outside their rooms, watched helplessly as I wriggled like a snake on the floor, both in pain and in bliss. I was conscious and laughing away. Later, Agathiyar revealed in a reading on 15.9.2019, that the awakening of the Kundalini is akin to the snake's movement, causing one to stir and move in this manner. 

"Snakes move primarily through four methods: lateral undulation (serpentine S-curves), concertina (anchoring and stretching), sidewinding (lifting the body across sand), and rectilinear (straight-line crawling)." (Source: AI Overview)

But this is bliss, he too said. He asked me to remain calm and not to worry. He said that they shall monitor me. He added that the three doshas were cleared, and that the Suzhimunai and the crown too were open, and the Kundalini fire had risen, and I was partaking Amirtham or honey. 

On 24.12.2019, Agathiyar, in this final Nadi reading for me, before the Nadi readers returned to India in the wake of the pandemic, revealed that Gnanam was in knowing the art of making the transformation from the Asudha Degam or Impure body into a Sudha Degam or a Pure one, and later into the Pranava Degam or the Pranava body, and finally into the Oli Degam or body of Light. 

Although the Nadi readers had left, Agathiyar came through devotees, giving further instructions and practices. Agathiyar enlightened me further on Gnanam on 30.1.2020. 

"When one starts the journey of going within, the result is Gnanam. But it shall vary among people. Hence, I cannot say exactly what shall take place." He said, "All this while you saw to your needs in this world. All this while you have gained external knowledge or Ulaga Gnana. Now you shall gain Gnana that is going to serve you." He asked that I get his devotees who frequent AVM to sit in meditation, too. "When their external thoughts leave them, they shall take up the path of Gnanam."

saying that I had stagnated, he continued, "You cannot possibly break the shackle alone. Hence, follow the practices that I am going to give you. I shall relate what needs to be done to realize your purpose in coming here. Now you shall undertake an internal journey." He asked me to reduce my involvement with outside activities and to sit before him and meditate. "During these moments, carry out the cleansing breath as taught by your guru. Just the important ones. You shall sense a coolness within. Remain silent in these moments. Focus on your breath. Your breath shall touch the Suzhimunai and swirl. Travel along your seven chakras. That journey shall awaken your chakras. After traversing these chakras, when it touches the seventh, you shall know your purpose here. This is the right time to start this practice." 

That moment of bliss came over two consecutive days on 22.8.2022 and 23.8.2022, which I shall describe shortly.

Agathiyar continued on the changes to be expected, "You shall witness many changes taking place within you. Do not fear. Due to the activation of the chakras, your body shall emit a foul smell. You shall have constipation. You shall urinate often. Take lots of warm water.  The Agathiyar Kuzhambu you took did help in expelling the three doshas. But there still is. It shall be expelled in due time. Carry out the said practice." 

Agathiyar answered my yearning to go within a cocoon and isolate myself with a No No. "You need not go into solitude now. You need to share many things with others. I shall tell you when the right time is to do so. Start this practice first. It shall lead you on further."

Agathiyar continued saying, "When you realize yourself completely and realize that everything around you is impermanent, you shall stand apart from it all. That is to be motionless in all manner or Summa Eruppathu. To arrive at that state, increase your Soul Power or gain Atma Balam."

Agathiyar then throws in a word of caution. "Let go of your anger; otherwise, you shall not attain Gnanam because your anger in touching the chakras will weaken them. When in anger, the blood shall interfere and change the motion of these chakras. When its motion changes, the strength of your breath in the crown will diminish. Whatever your troubles, leave it to me.  Just carry out the breathing practices. Nothing else is necessary. When you reach the said state, an energy or Sakti shall come within you. That is Suzhimunai." 

I was overjoyed to hear that Ramalinga Adigal would aid me, too, with my practice. Just as Agathiyar said, Ramalinga Adigal came on 14.5.2020 and guided me further. He asks me, "Have you understood the purpose of asking to go within? This is only the start. You shall lay the stepping stones and progress at your pace. Effort is needed." 

I came to understand what Agathiyar and Ramalinga Adigal meant then. If we had earlier taken the well-trodden path cleared or marked and laid out before us by someone else, a pioneer, an explorer or master having traveled the way before, from this moment on and this point onwards, they were asking us to lay each stone or slab before us and walk on it, to create a path for ourselves, as the established path that we had trodden all this while and this far had come to an end or vanished before us. 

Ramalinga Adigal continued. "What you are doing currently is wonderful. Continue with it. You are right in watching your breath. You are changing the flow correctly. Continue with it. You are on the first step. Prana moving in you is itself Pranava Degam. When you sense the Pranavam, you shall question yourself if the Pranam is traveling in you or if you are hitching on it and traveling in it. When you reach that state, you shall have the answer. I understood that he meant we shall become the very breath then. That moment shall be one of extreme bliss. Go deep within this bliss. There is more. Whenever you say it is enough, you tend to gain more. There is much to learn. You have my blessings. I shall travel with you till you reach the destination. I accompany those who go deep within. Follow your breath. Place the effort, and you shall reach the destination." 

Ramalinga Adigal spoke about my gurus, too, giving them their due credit. "Supramania Swami was the guru who led you to the path of worship of the guru. He taught you Guru Bakti or devotion to the guru. You received the merits from his Tapas. Tavayogi, too, in his light form, is trying to bring salvation to you. He is traveling with you. You traveled in his way and followed his teachings. You spread his fame and helped him attain the state of Jothi. He who is currently with you shall continue to travel with you."

Agathiyar came on 8.2.2020, 21.2.2020, 8.3.2020, and 14.3.2020, before Malaysia saw a full lockdown on 18.3.2020. The messages from Goddess Ma, Lord Siva, Bhogar, Dhanvantri, Yogi Ramsuratkumar, and Tavayogi came throughout this period, 14.5.2020, 29.6.2020, 4.7.2020, 5.7.2020, 9.7.2020, 10.7.2020, 20.7.2020, 1.8.2020, 13.8.2020, 19.8.2020, 22.8.2020, 1.9.2020, 29.10.2020, 19.11.2020, 30.11.2020, 10.12.2020, 12.12.2020, 14.12.2020, 8.1.2021, 9.1.2021, 26.2.2021, 8.3.2021, 11.3.2021, 16.3.2021, 28.3.2021, 3.4.2021, 17.4.2021, 26.4.2021, 6.5.2021, 15.5.2021, and 22.5.2021. I soon lost count of the moments they came and delivered their messages. 

If Agathiyar had addressed my issue clearly, spelling out the reason for my pain and agony, classifying it as Paareesa Peedai, saying that the Muladhara chakra had attained intense heat, resulting in my condition, leading to immobility, back then on 26.11.2011, after nine years in July of 2020, he breaks the news that the breath was currently lodged in Svadhisthana, and unable to progress further. "The time of its opening was near. Now is the right time to start your practice. This would open up the chakra completely. You will see many changes take place in your body. Don't be afraid. In activating these chakras, your body shall smell foul, you shall have constipation, and you shall urinate often. The Agathiyar Kuzhambu you consumed earlier helped stabilize your Vata, Kapha, and Pitta. Yet these Dosas need to be expelled further."

On 22.8.2020, Ramalinga Adigal told me, "Use your breath to fan the Jothi. It shall travel through Sushumna and touch Ajna. Then the Jothi is seen. Carry out Nadi Sudhi to raise the Prana. It needs to travel in both nostrils. You shall then rest in completeness or Sudha Paripuranam. Dhyana will be yours then. You are one with the Prana. Pay attention to it. The changes in you are but discharges. It shall leave your body. Do not worry. What you are doing is Tavam. Agathiyan has accepted and received it. Hence bath his statue once a week and please him. We shall continue working on your insides and from within." 

Agathiyar, who had initiated me to write about his path or the Siddha Marga earlier, coming on 19.11.2020, addressing his devotees, told them that I would write about these changes. "He shall share his experiences." Later on 12.12.2020, he told those gathered, "Read his writings. These are my thoughts. In the coming days, I shall speak a lot about the Atma."

On 2.8.2022, as we were celebrating Navarathri at the home of a senior couple, Ramalinga Adigal came and brought down heaven and its energies and passed it on to all gathered through a devotee. I felt my body rise and float as others held on to me. A child devotee told the host that she saw a blue halo instead of me. It was a couple of days before the energy subsided. 

The awakened Kundalini energy travelled only to stall and pool at Svadhisthana. Just as Tavayogi told me that our efforts would only bring us thus far, till the Svadhisthana, and that the Siddhas have to help us out, giving us a hand, true enough, Agathiyar came to release the energy on 22.8.2022, that had stagnated and ponded.

On 22.8.2022, I felt a pull of a nerve and a tug right below the navel immediately upon waking up and stretching myself in bed at 6.40am. It brought on a swirling sensation followed by a chillness in that spot. Then my whole body became numb right to the tips. But it was blissful. Soon I felt nauseous and had the urge to pee and urinate. I collapsed twice on the way to the toilet, picking myself up each time, as my wife was with my elder daughter and grandchildren. I was alone in my room while my second daughter was asleep in her room. Back from the toilet, all was fine. Relating this to my daughter later in the evening, she informed my wife, who came back home. 

The next day, 23.8.2022, I woke up at 7.20am to go to pee, but I could not pee. I collapsed again. I picked myself up and climbed onto the bed. My body became numb from the shoulders down. I lay like a dead log on my bed. Although I could not move even an inch of my torso, I was able to see, hear, and talk, and was aware of what was happening to me. I asked myself if this was what a dead body would feel like. I asked my wife to bring the peacock feathers over. She stroked my body with it. Soon, I became normal. We took the cue from Lord Muruga, who came through the Nadi and a devotee earlier in 2018. He stroked my back with the peacock feather, too. 

Seeking answers to what had taken place, Agathiyar cleared the air later in September of 2022. He came to reveal that "The water that ponded over time has been discharged." He cautioned me further that "Having the chakras activated in this age has its consequences for the body. As the heat of the Tapas increases, the quantity of blood is affected, which shall lead to cramps, which shall then result in problems in the discharge of urine and faeces. Take the necessary medicines. Do not worry." 

Agathiyar gave me strength and courage. He said, "Do not be afraid of death. It is but another door to another journey. One who invites death is a Siddha. There is much I need to carry out through you."

Agathiyar gave me confidence, saying, "If going within is difficult, think of it as a practice for you. Going within will bring you to merge with the Prapanjam. There is no easy way. What you go through is very much easier and milder than what I went through." 

"Enough of my praise. Write about your bodily experiences. Let your writings be about the changes taking place in your body. Let your readers know the changes that take place in the body if they come to worship the Light and seek to merge with it. My wisdom shall be your experience. Experience first, and I shall clarify the experiences later. Experience is knowledge to you. Nothing is beyond experience." 

If it took some 15 years for the energy to traverse just two chakras, the Muladhara and Svadishtana, after Agathiyar came to break the bund and release her, she traveled to the higher reaches of the chakra in just a couple of days. The swirling sensation felt in the abdomen just below my navel was regularly felt in the crown of my head, but with a lesser intensity, and was mild and gentle, resulting in the blooming and flowering of the 1000-petal chakra in the crown. 

On 19.10.2022, as I lay on my sofa in the living room with my eyes closed, my fingertips touched the crown of my head. I could feel a pulse. It was there for some time. This is usually observed in small children. Modern science brushes this off as "feeling our own pulse in the fingertip. There is no way that our fingers would be able to detect any blood flow, given the condition that between the finger and the scalp and the arteries of our brain is the skull." 

The pain, similar to that which I had endured in the years between 2010 and 2012 in my lower back, originally, over time, moved to the groin, at times the left and other times the right, and the testes, and later to the chest, and then the left of my neck and the back of my head. It resulted in pain in the left ear, too. The pain and discomfort after holding camp at those places mentioned would leave after several days on its own accord for the next campsite. Excessive wind would be expelled from the body during these times. It left me completely eventually. The chillness and swirling that is akin to a flowering went on, irrespective of my daily activities. It was more intense each time I brought my attention to it. Following the flowering in the crown that went on without my direct participation or action, I asked Agathiyar what I should do further. His reply was to do nothing and that she shall do her work. 

Having given a lengthy account of what transpired in the years after Tavayogi taught me the techniques and I practiced them, which opened the Muladhara and activated the Kundalini, which then began to stagnate at Svadishtana, before Agathiyar came to my aid and released this pent-up energy to travel to further the further reaches of the chakras, and eventually came to rest in the Sahasrara, I was blessed to have Agathiyar, Ramalinga Adigal and the Siddhas monitor its progress. This is why all the great masters caution us or refrain from speaking about it, much less having us awaken it. Stay away from it unless one's own guru initiates it and is there to monitor us. Or worship the Siddhas and have them come guide us. 

The internal changes can be drastic at times, making us wonder if there was something medically wrong with us. Agathiyar, who began to work on Jnana Jothiamma too, after she was initiated by Tavayogi, would vomit as many as 32 times in a day. Having me take his herbal preparation, Agathiyar Kuzhambu, prepared by Siddha physician, J. Ariwananthen Aiya, I shuttled between the bedroom and the toilet several times, too. I purged, vomited, and threw up, all of which happened simultaneously, draining the energy from me. I had mucus expelled from my throat and nose. Bile was expelled from the abdomen. And Agathiyar, on his part, had me prepare and consume a simple but potent formula that rid the remaining three doshas. I could not go beyond 51 days, as it had the same effect as the former concoction, just that it was milder. All this was in preparation to make this vessel fit to receive this energy later. And as both Agathiyar and Tavayogi said, it all has to take place before we reach the age of 60; otherwise, as with Jnana Jothiamma, her body could not take it, and Agathiyar had to take her back. 

These past few days, the swirling is felt in the lowest chakra coming on intermitently at a spaced-out pace, just as the drum in a washing machine spins. I wonder what it could be?

True to what Agathiyar replied that there was nothing more to do, as the Sakti will do her work, Agathiyar came later to explain further that she shall bring us to become Light and continue living as Light, becoming Brahmam in the Paraveli and reach the Holy Feet of Siva.

“மூலமாம் குளத்திலே (இங்குக் குளம் என்பது சக்கரத்தைக் குறிப்பதாகும்) முளைத்தெழுந்த கோரையை
காலமே எழுந்திருந்து நாலுகட்ட றுப்பிரேல்
பாலனாகி வாழலாம் பரப்பிரமம் ஆகலாம்
ஆலமுண்ட கண்டர்பாதம் அம்மைபாதம் உண்மையே.”

மனிதனின் முறை அற்ற வாழ்வியல் முறையால் முடக்க பட்டுக் கிடக்கும் மூலாதார சக்ரம், காலத்தினால் மேட்கொள்ளும் மூச்சி பயிற்சியினால் சக்கரம் சக்திகொள்ளும். அப்படி செய்து வரவே ஒளியாகி வாழலாம் பரவெளியில் பிரமம் ஆகலாம் விஷம் குடித்த அந்தச் சிவனின் பாதம் அடையலாம்.

Man is reborn again. Man then becomes divine and returns to the abode of the Divine. Agathiyar reveals that when the five tattvas that contribute towards the formation of the Body or Udal are shed, the Breath or Uyir, having no shelter, leaves to merge in the Atma and reaches Agathiyar as Jothi. 

உடல் என்பது பஞ்ச பூதங்களில் உரு பெற்று மீண்டும் பஞ்ச பூதங்களிடம் சென்று விட்டால் உயிராகியது ஆன்மா வோடு கலந்து ஜோதிநிலையில் எம்மை வந்து அடையும். உடல் கூறு தத்துவமும் இதையே உமக்கு உணர்த்தும். 

It is said that God is a thief; he steals your heart; he comes in the middle of the night; he comes without announcing; he comes when least expected; he consumes you; he leaves you desperate and yearning for him; his thought never leaves us after that. A divine being like Ramalinga Adigal, who saw God as his beloved, looked up to the moon too, as lovebirds do under the night sky. But his quest was to know the Self. Siva has stolen Ramalinga Adigal's heart, too. Ramalinga Adigal did not settle for a place at the feet of Siva but instead wanted the highest place in him, asking to be placed with the new moon or crescent that he adorns on his tresses. Ramalinga Adigal, through his song, entices the Moon to reveal more about his Lord and disclose the secrets kept close to his heart. He believed that since Siva adorns the crescent moon, she could share the secret. He asks the moon to show him a way to know his Self and immerse in its bliss. He pleads that he would like to join her up there in the tresses of Siva. He sings further, "I would love to immerse myself in the sea of Satchit Ananda. I yearn to be in a place void of day and night. Oh, Moon, who is full of Tejas, I wish to become Sivam. I wish to drop all Mala or impurities. Will the Lord secretly come to me? Will he allow me to serve him secretly? Oh, Moon, fill me in on the Mala. I yearn for the Kundalini. What is it like to be beginningless and endless? How did you come about without a seed? Teach me a way to attain the state where My Lord and I are one. Teach me so that I realize myself. So much is said about the Vaasi (Breath). Please enlighten me on it? Why does my Lord choose to dance in Ambalam? How does my Lord dance in levitation? How is he in all atoms?"
