THREE MISSIONARIES OF AGATHIYAR PART 2

These young men with other friends of theirs, started a voluntary group back in Malaysia recently, with the intent to help the needy. They named it THONDU SEIVOM.  Upholding the words of Agathiyar, they extended their wings to India helping out at Kallar and clean up Supramania Swami's samadhi and performing Annadhanam at Thiruvannamalai.

THREE MISSIONARIES OF AGATHIYAR PART 1

Three missionaries of Agathiyar have returned home to Malaysia after embarking on a pilgrimage to India recently. Surendaran Selvaratnam, Bala Chandran Gunasekaran and Dyalen left for India on the 6th January 2015. Immediately upon landing at Trichy airport they left for Kangayam. As they arrived early and it was still dark, they waited for daybreak before venturing into the caves of Konganar at Uthiyur.

After having the darshan of Konganar they continued to their destination, the Sri Agathiyar Gnana Peedham in Kallar to participate in the Agathiyar Jayanthi and Guru Pooja Vizha. 

Having taken part in the Sarva Dosa Nivaraana Maha Yagam held in conjunction with the two day festivities and having the darshan of Lord Muruga, Agathiyar and the Siddhas, they headed for Othiyur to have the darshan of Othiyapar (Lord Muruga).

Bidding farewell to Tavayogi Thangarasan Adigal and Mataji Sarojini Ammaiyaar at Kallar, they continued to their next destination, Thiruvannamalai to perform Girivalam. They took the opportunity to carry out a massive Annadhanam at Thiruvannamalai before returning to Chennai on 11 January 2015 to board the plane back to Malaysia.

Devotees were kindly requested to help carry sand up to Konganar's temple which was being renovated. The 3 missionaries assisted in this chore

மேட்டுப்பாளையம்: உலக சமாதானம் அடையவும், இயற்கை சீற்றத்திலிருந்து மக்களைக் காக்கவும், கல்லாறு அகத்தியர் ஞான பீடத்தில், 108 சர்வதோஷ நிவாரண மகாயாகம் நடந்தது. மேட்டுப்பாளையம் - ஊட்டி மெயின் ரோடு கல்லாறு துாரிப்பாலம் அருகேவுள்ள, அகத்தியர் ஞான பீடத் திருக்கோவிலில், அகத்தியர் குருபூஜை விழா நடந்தது. காலை 6:00 மணிக்கு கொடியேற்றத்துடன் விழா துவங்கியது. உலக சமாதானம் அடையவும், இயற்கை சீற்றத்திலிருந்து மக்களைக் காக்கவும், ஞானபீட தவயோகி தங்கராசன் அடிகளார், மாபெரும் 108 சர்வதோஷ நிவாரண மகாயாகத்தை நடத்தினார். குண்டத்தில் ஆயிரக்கணக்கான அரிய மூலிகை பொருட்கள் போட்டு, யாகம் வளர்க்கப்பட்டது. இதில் கோடையிடி முத்துக்கிருஷ்ணன், சிவாச்சாரியார்கள், மேட்டுப்பாளையம் நகராட்சித் தலைவர் சதீஸ்குமார் உட்பட பலர் பங்கேற்றனர். ராமன் கடவுள் வாழ்த்து பாடினார். நந்தி ஆஷ்ரம குழுவினரின் பக்தி இன்னிசை, மஞ்சுஸ்ரீயின் பரத நாட்டியம் ஆகிய நிகழ்ச்சிகள் நடந்தன. பக்தர்களுக்கு அன்னதானம் வழங்கப்பட்டது. மாதாஜி சரோஜினி அம்மையார் நன்றி கூறினார்.
