TAVAYOGI & MATAJI IN TOWN PART 3

After the wedding, Tavayogi and Mataji were ferried to the Jegathguru Sri Raghavendra Mrithiga Brindavanam Kinta.

They then stopped over at their Paramaguru's samadhi, the Sri Jaganatha Swamigal Sivalayam in Tapah, before returning to Kuala Lumpur.

Upon arrival in Malaysia, Tavayogi Thangarasan Adigalar and Mataji Sarojini Ammaiyar have been shuttled from one place to another meeting up with former devotees and new found devotees too.

The day after their arrival, they graced my daughter's wedding and blessed the newly weds. 

TAVAYOGI & MATAJI IN TOWN PART 1

Tavayogi Thangarasan Adigalar of Kallar Ashram and his able aid and foremost disciple Mataji Sarojini Ammaiyar are in Malaysia. They arrived on our shores on 15 June 2016. AVM and AUM have in place a tight schedule of visits to numerous homes of AVM/AUM members and also a day has been set for the public to get their blessings too. The event, An Evening with Tavayogi will take place in Kuala Lumpur. 

AGATHEESA .... THE MOST ABLE PRECEPTOR

Srinatha Raghavan penned the following lovely piece on Agathiyar,

From the womb of Nothingness,

He beautifully emerged,

Making the Form His Mother, 

And the Formless His Father,

His silence was so much intense,

That Divinity Himself had to come,

And request Him to speak a word,

He looked up to the Divine Being,

And uttered, "AUM"

From then on mellifluous words,

Flowed perennially from his lips,

Shedding Vast Grace Light on to every Seeker,

Be they Humans or Divine, 

He became their most able Preceptor,

The one who is short in stature,

But towering in divine nature,

To that Agatheesa, I offer my self,

Now and forever...

~ "I" is the only offering that's worth offering; everything else was never mine to offer anyway.

Amudhasurabhi & Pothigai Meals on Wheels

COMPASSION OF THE DEVOTEES

Hats off to Sri Krishna of AUM, and members of AVM, Thondu Seivom and Amudhasurabhi for their unfaltering and determined objective in helping and bringing aid to the needy and also the homeless. Barely having slept the night through after arriving from the spiritual yatra that he organized a day before, Sri Krishna was back on his feet to perform the libation or abhisegam of Agathiyar and prayers or puja at the Sri Sakthi Raja Nageswari Amman Temple at KL Eco City in the early morning hours of Sunday, 5th June. After the puja Shanga Manikam led them to an old folks home in Petaling Jaya to bring some joy to the inmates of the home, before moving on to the streets of Kuala Lumpur to distribute food packets to the homeless.

To wind up the day, Sri Krishna led these Agathiyar devotees to the 18 Siddhas temple in Petaling Jaya for a prayer cum meditation session.

The schedule of puja times at the Sri Sakthi Raja Nageswari Amman Temple for the month of June

From the shelter ...

... the volunteers move to the streets in search of the hungry, old and disabled.

... ended with another prayer.

The next Pothigai Meals on Wheels program of distribution of food to the homeless would be on 9 June 2016.
