MORE MIRACLES

Suren has been joining us in prayer to Agathiyar and the Siddhas regularly. Once he asks me where he could purchase a paatharatchai or footwear to worship. When Tavayogi presented me with a fresh pair of patharatchai made from the nunaa tree which was the stala vruksham at the Sri Agathiyar Sri Thava Murugar Gnana Peedham at Kallar, I passed the one I had worshipped all these years to Suren. He happily accepted them. When he garlanded and offered prayers to Agathiyar on Deepavali day, he was in for a surprise. Upon close observation, he saw that Agathiyar had opened his eyes in the painting of his.

This reminds me of Agathiyar doing the same feat when nine girls conducted prayers in their home sometime back.

Later Molly Menon sends me a photo of a similar miracle at the Arumigu Ananda Valli Ambigai Sametha Agatheeswarar Temple at Panchesti, Chennai.

And of course the miracle at Agasthiyampalli where Agathiyar opens his eyes when Tavayogi Thangarasan Adigal passes his shawl to me to sit on.

And Agathiyar does the same in the replica of his form (at Agasthiyampalli) in Malaysia too.

Agathiyar opens both his eyes

We have seen the column of light through which Agathiyar showed his presence at Kalyana Theertam and Tiruvannamalai too.

Not forgetting the streaks of light at Karamadai and Srikalahasti

And finally, the Jyothi is shown to Molly Menon and Dr. Ram Supramaniam in the caves of Kalyana Theertam.

The Jyothi
Its amazing how Agathiyar acknowledges his presence to his devotees, assuring us that he is with us.
