God does not want our lives. Contrary to the common belief and understanding of surrender, he wants us to live our lives but to part with our talents for his purpose. He wants us to serve him and carry out his purpose, giving our talents and "time" towards making the world a better place. A friend messaged something that came as an honor and recognition to me and my family.
Even from the time I start knowing the family, I could understand that you were all trying your level best to make this world a better place.
Just as Tavayogi told me that Agathiyar and Siva were the breath, Agathiyar told his disciple not to look far, for he was living in her, as her breath a couple of days ago. So what went wrong and why are we looking for him out there? He is ever present out there in the breeze, in the air, in the aroma and smell, and in the sounds, as pointed out by Tavayogi on our outing into the jungles and the caves back then, in the seed, plants, trees, fruits and in the eyes of all of the rest of creation. One need not look for him but only needs to acknowledge this fact. He has then arrived or did we leave, in the first place? God has been residing in us from day one. But he needs us to come to know him throuh all the external means. In going through the trials and tribulations, one begins to understand himself better and begins to confront his weakenesses and duly correct them. To those who see through this veil, the door eventually opens.
