பகவானை பின்பற்றுபவன் காஷாயம் அணிய வேண்டும், வனத்திற்கு செல்ல வேண்டும், ஜடா முடி வேண்டும், சைவம் வேண்டும்... மனதை அடக்கு. பிறகு ஏதடா சைவம்?
The path to Godhead (is generally understood to be) calls for adorning saffron, retreating into the jungles, growing long tresses, and becoming vegetarians... இப்படியே இருப்பது தான் சரி.
Being like this is right.
உன் தாய் தந்தை போல் குடும்பத்தில் கடமைகளை செய்து கொண்டே...

இதுவே உண்மை.
This is the true (path).
இதுவே மெய்.
This is the truth.
இதை யாரும் உணருவதில்லை.
No one realizes this.
காலத்திற்கு ஏற்ப நாங்கள் மாற வேண்டும்.
We have to change with the times.
புலால் இப்போது சகஜம் ஆகிவிட்டது.
Eating meat has become so common.
சைவம் யார் தலையில் திணிக்க இயலாது.
It is not possible to force vegetarianism on others.
ஆசை உள்ளது அல்லவா?
They (still) have the desire.
முடிந்தால் வாரத்தில் ஒரு நாள் மீனை மட்டும் எடுத்துக் கொள்ளுங்கள்.
Take only fish once a week.
ஆசை தீர்க்கத் தானே பிறவி.
Taking birth is to exhaust all desires right?
தீர்த்துக் கொள் உன் ஆசையை.
Exhaust your desires.
ஆசை இருந்துகொண்டு உண்ணாமல் இருந்தால் பாவம்.
It is a sin to hold back the urge to take it.
ஆசை தீர உண்ணு.
Eat to your heart's content.
ஆனால் மனதை என்னிடம் விடு.
But give your mind to me.
இது வள்ளலுக்கு சற்று விருப்பம் இல்லாமல் இருக்கிறது.
But Vallal is not agreeable to this.
வள்ளல் இதை ஏற்க மறுக்கிறான்.

உன் மனதில் குப்பை உள்ளது.
You have filth in your mind.

That is contamination.
பிறரைக் குறை கூறுகிறாய்.
You speak negatively of others.
அது தீட்டு.
That is contamination.
பிற உயிர்களைத் துன்பம் செய்கிறாய்.
You hurt others.
அது தீட்டு.
That is contamination.
தீட்டு, என்னதீட்டு?
What is contamination?
மனிதன் இறந்தால் சந்தோசம் படுங்கள்.
When man dies rejoice.
அது கொண்டாட்டம் அல்லவா ?
It is a moment to be happy.
எதற்கு வீண் கண்ணீர்?
Why cry?
மீண்டும் பிறப்பு எடுக்கப் போகிறது.
(The soul) is going to be reborn again.
பற்று அறுத்து செல்கிறது.
It has broken all its ties and left.
மரணம், பிறப்பு, மாதவிடாய், இது இயற்கை.
Death, birth, menstrual periods is all natural.
சித்தன் வழிபாடு என்றால் இந்த இயற்கையோடு ஒன்றோடு கலப்பது.
Siddha path and worship is to be natural in all manners.
இறைவன் உடலைக் கொடுக்கும் பொழுது நன்றாகத் தான் கொடுத்தான்.
God delivered us well.
நீங்கள் வீண் செய்து கொள்கின்றீர்.
But you are wasting it.
சில பேர் கர்ம.
It is karma for some.
பல பிறவியில் பல பாவங்கள் செய்து இருப்பார்கள்.
One might have done many sins in numerous births.
கொடூரமாக இருந்திருப்பார்கள்.
They might have been horrendous.
அதற்குக் கிடைத்த தண்டனை.
It is paytime.
உன்னால் முடிந்த தர்மத்தை செய்து விட்டு அமைதியாகச் சென்று விடு.
Do whatever charity you can and move on without further ado.
